Simple facial exercises may help improve the way you look and are a great way to feel more vibrant. Here are some nose-conditioning tips you can try. Press your index finger on the tip of your nose and push upwards, or, hold the bridge, lift the tip, and pull the upper lip downward – these techniques may help your nose appear shorter. Alternatively, form an "O" with your mouth and flare your nostrils while breathing deeply, or, push your nose upward with your index finger and thumb under the tip and smile widely 10 to 15 times – these may help your nose appear fuller. For a nice, all-over or lengthened appearance, massage your nose with gentle rotations from the bridge to the tip and then wiggle your nose. You can also practice an alternate-nostril deep breathing yoga exercise called ‘nadi shodhana’ to improve nasal and sinus circulation, and mental concentration. Consistently practicing these exercises, aiming for at least 10-15 repetitions per session, spread throughout the day, may help you tone facial muscles, and improve the appearance of the nose.
