We are honored to feature the insightful perspectives of Dr. Lee Yu-Ming, a vegan TCM physician in Hong Kong, that will provide us with an introduction to the age-old Chinese healing art that he practices. The diagnostic procedures are used to observe the signs and symptoms of an illness, while the principles are employed to summarize and analyze the observations to help the doctor find out the cause of the disease.
