I have a health tip for you today. Did you know that fennels are not only flavorful but also nutritious? One day, Rosa came home and told her mother:
“Mom, the teacher said that our homework assignment is to help with housework today.”
“OK. I'm going to cook now, so you can help me wash the vegetables.”
“That sounds too difficult for me.”
“Then what do you think you can do to help prepare dinner?”
“Can I do taste testing?”

It was the early hours of the morning of November 30, 2022 as I woke up, and with my habit of repeating the Holy Names, I went back to sleep. When I woke up again, I was confused as to where I had been! I had such a wonderful dream, which I would call the “Heavenly Thanksgiving with Dear Master of the Highest.” This is the dream that brings so much hope and love for us all on the planet.
I was busy doing some work with a group of people I knew, and was told that on the top floor of a building our Benevolent Master was holding a get-together. I informed my group that I must go but would let them know if they could join me. I opened the door to this large gathering place whose walls were painted blue and I entered there. It felt as if we were floating between the Earth and the sky. The space on one side had no limit.
I was so happy to see our Beloved Master addressing all and allowing us to mix and mingle with others in the vast space. Almost everyone had brought something to show and share. Next to me sat someone who applauded when I entered the space saying, “You came, but late,” and had a basket of popcorn. I acknowledged her and sat there quietly, contemplating on the Blessings I was witnessing and in awe of the love being received.
Suddenly, I was approached by a little girl greeting me in Greek, saying, “Kaliméra (Καλημέρα),” meaning good morning (I realized I could understand all languages). Her face, her eyes and smile were so loving, with big brown eyes shining with love. She told me her father is from Zimbabwe and then she disappeared. She then appeared with her mother, a beautiful lady dressed in colorful African attire bringing a glass jar for me. I was so touched and opened the jar full of colorful shredded vegetables like different cabbages and carrots plus some unknown fine noodle-like vegetables... so beautiful! It looked like a Heavenly kraut or kimchi. I received the jar of goodies with joy and gratefulness.
I saw others bringing gifts to me but could not remember exactly what when I woke up. The gathering space then was divided and blocked by a thin wall. We were told that the show of Thanksgiving would soon start. I was allowed to go out and bring my group of people to enjoy the harvest show. I was full of joy and blessed.
Thank You so, so much, my Beloved Master, the One who is our torchbearer in the dark shadows of our existence. When I woke up, I reflected on this sweet dream and got its deep messages. You see, I am one of those people following You as my teacher and Master of the highest teachings. This lifetime I was honored to be born in the beautiful land of Iran and my roots are of the ancient Persian civilization. A deep passion for Persian poetry and literature is in my blood and soul, and it was Rumi’s (“Maulana” known to Iranians) teachings which eventually lead me to You.
The evening before I had my dream, there was a historic World Cup match between Iran and the USA, resulting in a win for the USA. For some Iranians, the loss of the Iran football team was a joy in the current political situation, whilst for others, it was despair. I hope this loss lifted a gray cloud of long-lasting mixed emotions from the time and space of blessed Iran. May we witness peace on Earth for all nations including all animal-people and beings.
