Robots Serve Vegan Food: Technology Brings Joy, Part 1 of 2

In restaurant the Kang Nam Tofu House, a “vegan friendly” Korean restaurant in a strip mall in Milpitas, Californian, U.S.A., a robot will help your server bring the food to your table. The restaurant was the first in the world to use robots, which were designed not to replace human servers, but to act as assistants. These robots are the 6th generation of its kind with their functions varying from autonomous navigation; automatic obstacle avoidance, voice recognition and conversation to playing advertisements and automatic dish delivering capabilities.
