Both coconut and infused water can help cool your body down and replenish minerals to prevent exhaustion. This is especially useful if you’re out in the sun or on vacation. Infused water helps you stay hydrated without feeling bloated. Studies have shown that adding fresh fruits and herbs can support your immune system and overall hydration since they contain micronutrients such as vitamin C and antioxidants.
