The fasting, the mechanics of fasting is really the same, but the intent on which you enter the fasting is what’s different. Mumukshutva － it’s, again, a yogic term, which means “desire for God.” And samadhi sampatti shakti － is the six aspects of developing the mind. So, that is what the Portals of liberation are about,really. It’s more intense focus.
